SUMMARY-Marketing, Advertising & PR
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer who will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand recognition. The successful candidate will combine sales and marketing strategies to promote our products effectively, generate leads, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the development of our brand.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
• Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance regularly.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales techniques, presentations, and materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Development and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Coordinate and execute brand identity and positioning initiatives to enhance brand recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and to ensure marketing goals are met.
• Managing brand consistency across digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of branding principles and experience in brand management is a plus.
• Flexible to travel within the country often.
